TERMS OF SERVICE Football Jamaica Forum Last Updated: February 28, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using the Football Jamaica Forum ("Forum"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Forum. 2. USE LICENSE We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Forum for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Post offensive, abusive, or defamatory content - Spam or engage in commercial solicitation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Forum - Upload malware or harmful code - Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity 3. USER ACCOUNTS - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - You agree to provide accurate, current information - You are liable for all activities under your account - You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE FORUM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FORUM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. 10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Football Jamaica from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Forum or violation of these terms. 11. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Forum at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jamaica. 13. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Forum with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Forum after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 14.
