The Hanover Football Association Captain's Bakery and Grill/Charley's JB Rum Major League will resume today after a short break with the start of the cross-zone round of games, with mid-season champions Super Star Youth Club taking on Mt Pelier DC at Watson Taylor Park, Lucea, starting at 3:30 pm.Super Star YC topped the Zone One points table after the first round with 13 points, and then beat Zone Two leaders Sandy Bay 3-1 in the mid-season play-offs in late April.

Mt Pelier DC are well down the combined tables, in eighth place in the 11-team competition on five points, and have managed just three goals from four games played.

The teams from either zone will play each other once, with the top-four teams on points, regardless of zone, qualifying for the semi-finals set for July 16 and 23.

Two more games will be played tomorrow — Jericho Rangers against Johnson Town at Orchard in Hopewell, and Friendship United against Sandy Bay at Watson Taylor Park.
